6) Zero-Tolerance Fraud, Credential Security & Suspensions
6A. Zero-Tolerance Fraud & Malicious Activity
AIWPS enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, account takeovers, social engineering, laundering, or any malicious attempt to access, alter, or interfere with the platform or other users.
Immediate actions may include: suspension/termination, freezing balances, cancellation of unsettled payouts, application of reserves/caps, reporting to competent authorities, and permanent de-listing.
Examples (non-exhaustive): phishing/SIM-swap, credential harvesting, sharing or selling access; device/geo spoofing to evade limits; transaction laundering; synthetic identities; botnets; API abuse; probing/scanning; balance manipulation; chargeback fraud; submitting false evidence.
6B. Credential Security & Non-Disclosure
- Never share your password, PIN, 2FA codes, recovery codes, logs, or session tokens with anyone.
- AIWPS staff will never ask for your password or PIN. Refuse and report any such request.
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable MFA. You are responsible for the security of your devices and email used for resets.
7) Prohibited Uses
You may not use AIWPS to facilitate illegal items/services; child exploitation; narcotics; weapons; malware; counterfeit goods; stolen data; illegal gambling; money laundering; sanctions evasion; terrorist financing; or any other unlawful purpose. AIWPS may monitor, freeze, or terminate and report as required.
8) Crypto-Specific Rules
- Irreversibility: On-chain transactions (e.g., BTC) are final once confirmed. AIWPS is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address you provided.
- Volatility & Network Fees: You accept crypto price/network fee risks.
- Analytics & Screening: AIWPS may screen addresses/transactions; funds linked to illicit activity may be delayed, returned, or reported.
- Conversions/Settlements: FX/crypto conversions follow quoted rates at execution and may include spreads/fees.
9) Merchant Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate KYC/business info (legal name, address, ownership, MCC, websites, descriptor).
- Ensure clear pricing, delivery, refund/return policies, and receipts at checkout.
- Process refunds/cancellations promptly per your policy and card-network rules.
- Respond to chargebacks with compelling evidence within required windows.
- Use risk tools (AVS, CVV, 3-D Secure, velocity checks) and gateway features to reduce fraud.
10) Settlement, Holds & Reserves
Settlement cycles and payout rails vary by risk profile, region, and method. AIWPS may apply rolling reserves, transaction caps, or delays to manage risk, especially for high-risk categories. Negative balances must be cured immediately and may be netted against subsequent settlements.
11) Pricing & Taxes
- Fees are published on the Pricing page. Taxes, FX spreads, and network fees may apply.
- Card tier fees (if applicable) govern issuance/activation; current fees apply at the time of activation.
12) API & Integration Terms
- Keep API keys confidential; never embed secrets in public code. Respect rate limits and quotas.
- AIWPS may deprecate endpoints with notice; you must update within the deprecation window.
- Implement idempotency and exponential backoff; do not retry card authorizations improperly.
- If you store/process card data, you bear PCI scope and audit obligations.
13) Communications & Notifications
AIWPS uses email, dashboard, and in-app channels for security, service, and policy updates. Keep your contact info current. We will never send links asking for your password or PIN.
14) Service Availability, Maintenance & Support
AIWPS targets continuous availability and may perform maintenance or upgrades. Support is available 24/7 via official channels; escalations may require ticket numbers, logs, and evidence.
15) Compliance & Audit
You must comply with applicable laws (payments, AML/CFT, sanctions, consumer protection, privacy, e-commerce, labor where relevant). AIWPS may request documents, conduct reviews, or audit integrations for compliance and security.
16) Account Security & Recovery
- You are responsible for devices and access to your verified email.
- Use MFA and rotate passwords after a reset or suspected compromise.
- Report suspected compromise immediately; AIWPS may freeze transactions pending investigation.
17) Suspension, Termination & Funds Handling
17A. Immediate Suspension Criteria
We may immediately suspend any account for suspected fraud/compromise, sanctions or AML/CFT violations, credential sharing/brokering, non-cooperation with KYC/EDD, or material misrepresentation of business/MCC/transaction purpose.
17B. Termination & Customer Status
Upon confirmed fraud, account hacking, or malicious misuse, the account is permanently terminated, the user is no longer considered a customer, and re-onboarding is prohibited.
17C. Active vs. Inactive/Unresponsive Accounts
- Active accounts under review (no confirmed fraud): AIWPS may grant a time-boxed opportunity to withdraw eligible funds after completing required verification and any lawful processing/investigation fees disclosed by AIWPS.
- Inactive or unresponsive accounts: If you do not complete required steps within the stated window, funds are handled under applicable unclaimed-property/abandonment laws (e.g., escheatment) or other legally required dispositions.
17D. Charitable Disposition (Legal Constraint)
Your directive: “Non-active accounts may lose funds; active users who fail to complete requirements may forfeit funds to an orphanage home.” Legal note: AIWPS will only divert funds to any private destination (including charities) where expressly permitted by applicable law, court order, or with the customer’s explicit, lawful consent. Otherwise, statutory escheatment or other legal disposition applies.
18) Changes to These Rules
AIWPS may update these Rules. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be communicated via official channels.
19) Complaints, Disputes & Appeals
Open a support ticket with evidence for service complaints. Cardholder disputes follow card-network rules. On-chain crypto transactions are outside card chargeback frameworks.
Appeals: If suspended or terminated, you may submit one appeal with supporting documents within the timeframe stated in your notice. Verified fraud/policy evasion renders decisions final.
20) Privacy
Use of AIWPS services implies consent to data processing necessary to deliver services, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, and communicate updates. Refer to the live Privacy Policy published by AIWPS.
21) Governing Law & Contracting Entity
Your contracting entity and governing law/jurisdiction are determined by your onboarding documentation/merchant agreement, your establishment location, and service use. Ensure your cross-border usage is lawful in the jurisdictions where you operate.
